Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We ship worldwide. Enter your address in the shipping calculator to see the options available for your region.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. Orders over $75 ship free to eligible North American addresses within standard service areas. Remote or extended-area destinations may not qualify, and any applicable fees will appear at checkout before you place your order.

Are there any hidden shipping fees?

No. All shipping fees shown in the calculator include the carrier cost. There are no surprise charges when your order arrives.

Will the final shipping price appear at checkout?

Yes. The calculator gives you an estimate. Checkout displays the most accurate and final shipping price based on your complete address and the confirmed weight of your order.

Why is checkout more accurate?

Checkout uses your full order details, including the final package weight, the product mix, and updated carrier information. The total shown at checkout is the amount you will be charged.

Can my items be shipped together?

Yes. At checkout you can group your order so multiple products ship in one package. This is helpful when ordering different items and wanting one delivery instead of separate shipments.

How are shipping rates calculated?

Rates are calculated using your location, the weight of your items, and the delivery speed you choose. Live options update instantly so you can compare ground, expedited, and express services.

Which carrier do you use?

We ship mainly with UPS. They provide fast delivery, reliable tracking, and strong global coverage. Our shipments also use UPS carbon neutral services to help reduce emissions.

How can I see an accurate delivery date?

When you choose a shipping method, an estimated delivery window appears right away. Delivery times shown are in business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). The final delivery date is confirmed at checkout and again on your receipt.

Can I download a shipping quote?

Yes. After entering your address and order details, you can download a PDF quote for approvals, budgeting, or sharing within your team.

Do you offer fast or rush delivery?

Yes. UPS Express and other rush services are available for many products. Delivery times update instantly based on your location. Same Day printing is available for select items and can be paired with the fastest shipping method.

Can I ship to multiple addresses?

We typically recommend using one shipping address per order. However, our support team can always look into arranging split shipping of one bulk order for you. Please note that additional fees may apply.

Do international orders include duties or customs fees?

Customs fees or duties may be charged by your local authorities. These charges are separate from the shipping rate shown in the calculator and are handled during import in your region.

Is tracking included?

For most shipments, tracking is included. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order has been shipped. Please note that orders under $75 that qualify for free shipping will be sent using an untraceable service. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out!
