Do you have products for a matching stationery set (letterheads, envelopes and business cards)?
All Letterhead and envelope products are created on uncoated paper only, so you should choose an uncoated stock for your business cards if you want them to match. We also recommend choosing the same print output for all products to see similar print results across all products.
Our recommendation for a stationery set on similar stocks would be to order 70lb Smooth White Uncoated letterheads and envelopes, and 14pt Uncoated White business cards, all with Offset print output.
We also offer a white Linen stock that can be ordered for letterheads, envelopes and business cards with Offset output printing.
If you are interested in Digital output stationery such as Brown Kraft or Cream Pulp, you can order the letterheads and business cards as standard products. For envelopes in either of these stocks, please submit a Print Quote request.
Can you set up my letterhead and envelope design?
Yes, our Design Services team would be happy to help you out. For layout of letterhead and envelope (with an existing logo) prices start at just $25. Place a Design Service request now.
Do you offer matching stocks for printed envelopes and letterheads?
You can order Offset output letterheads and #10 envelopes in matching stock. This is available for 70lb Smooth White and 70lb Linen paper, with your choice for windowed or non-windowed envelopes. We can also produce larger 9” x 12” envelopes to match the 70lb Smooth uncoated stock only.
Our Digital output letterhead stocks can be used to create matching envelopes by Print Quote request.
Can I order letterhead sizes such as Letter, Legal, Tabloid or A4?

Yes, we offer full-colour both sides printing for many of our letterhead products. If two-sided printing is not available for the stock that you are looking for, please place a Custom Quote request to inquire about this option.
Will printing on the front show through to the back?
Generally dark colours will show through to the back of the back of the paper due to the paper being thinner (generally 70-80lb).
Some of the Letterhead stocks show through more than other paper. As a general rule, the textured stocks have more show-through than the smooth stocks. Brown Kraft letterhead has very little show-through. Of the white letterhead stocks, the 80lb Economy stock has the most show-through.
What does 80lb mean?
LB (or pounds) is a measurement of paper weight.
Common white office paper (bond) is generally 20lb; 80lb Letterhead is much thicker than this.
Are all the letterhead products office-printer guaranteed?
Yes, all of the letterhead products that we offer are printed on laser-guaranteed paper, and is suitable for ink-jet printing also.
This means that they are approved to be used in most common office printers. Always check your printer manual before proceeding to double check this, and that the thickness (for example 80lb) is appropriate for your printer.
