Founded in Vancouver, Jukebox also has an office in Toronto, where local customers can pick up orders, check and feel printed samples before ordering, or simply chat with one of our Customer Service Representatives.

We are looking for a seasoned individual to expand our Customer Service Team on a full-time basis who is well experienced in print, has excellent organizational skills, a high attention to detail, is self-motivated and is determined to complete all tasks handed to them.
As a Customer Service Representative, your main responsibilities are to assist customers via phone, email, and online chat; as well as help out at our reception area when needed. You will use your print knowledge to help prospective customers put their concept to print. In short - you will need to be an expert in our products and services so you can work in close liaison with our customers and Jukebox team, ensuring order, product, and service inquiries are adequately attended to.
Are you it?
The perfect candidate will be high-spirited, fast-learning, detail oriented, have a positive attitude, self-motivated, and stylish. It is an asset if you have experience in the printing/graphic communications industry or have a working knowledge of Adobe CS programs (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.). Other requirements are:
- Post-secondary education
- 3+ year in a customer service position - e.g. call centre, hospitality, retail
- Exceptional communication skills, written and verbal
