What This Role Is For

Jukebox is a customer first company where accuracy, follow through, and clear communication matter. We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our Toronto team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping customers, solving problems, and working closely with internal teams to ensure issues are handled properly from start to finish.

What You'll Do

  • Assist customers in person and through phone, email, and online chat
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience
  • Respond to order, product, and service inquiries accurately and efficiently
  • Stay current on Jukebox products, services, and processes
  • Provide friendly, professional support in our front reception and digital channels

What We're Looking For

  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent organization and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and follow through on tasks
  • Outgoing personality with a customer focused mindset
  • Clear and professional written and verbal communication in English

What You Need

  • Minimum 3 years of customer support experience in a call centre, hospitality, retail, or similar role
  • At least 1 year of experience in print or graphic communications

Bonus

  • Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite including InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop
  • Post secondary education or equivalent experience

Work Schedule:

Full time position with flexible availability including weekdays, evenings, and weekends.
