What changed in this release.

Version three point four ships with a redesigned API surface, faster cold starts on the runtime, and improved type definitions across every package in the workspace. Below is the full migration guide, an explanation of the tradeoffs, and the deprecation timetable for the calls being removed in version four.

The runtime is written in a single language, deployed to a single platform, and documented in a single repository. Every public method is covered by an example, every example is run as a test, and every test is mirrored in the documentation. Deprecations carry a six-month timetable and a migration script.

Breaking changes in v4

The legacy authentication endpoint reaches end-of-life in October. A migration script is published in the repository. Customers on enterprise plans can request an extension by writing to support; we will accommodate any reasonable timeline.
