Laser Cut Wooden Business Cards

These outstanding business cards combine multiple high-end production processes and are produced on a custom made 3-ply Layered stock. This layering process lets us combine three different paper stocks into one card, creating different looks (and textures) for the front and back sides, as well as adding a visible middle layer to the edge of the cards.

A Natural Cherry Wood stock is used for the front side, creating the perfect surface for laser-etching the intricate border design. The main logo is a full laser cut-out, revealing the Classic Crest Epic Black stock used as the middle layer of these impressive cards. A custom metal die was created for the name, and is used to stamp gold foil onto the surface of the wood for a subtle yet fancy feature.

The back side and final layer is made with a soft Off-White Cotton stock, recommended for showcasing the crisp impression of letterpress. This traditional and specialty print method creates an impression while each ink colour is added for a beautiful effect.
