Statement on Jukebox Image AI

This message is for our customers and design community worldwide, addressing recent concerns about Jukebox Image AI.

We have removed Jukebox Image AI after hearing the concerns of our designers and creative partners. We are sorry for the worry this caused, and we want to reassure you of our commitment to integrity, openness, and the creative community that defines Jukebox.

At Jukebox we use technology to improve automation and make our processes more efficient, helping us serve customers better. When it comes to image generation, we recognize this is a sensitive area. Taking a step back was the right choice so we can listen and focus on the trust of our design community.

We also want to be clear that customer files and artwork have never been connected to image generation or used for training. Jukebox Image AI was powered only by the text prompts entered by customers. Your files remain secure, private, and used only to complete your print orders.

Creativity will always come first at Jukebox. We will continue to support designers with unique products, quality printing, and a promise to protect the trust you place in us.
