NOTICE. PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING TERMS & CONDITIONS CAREFULLY. BY ENTERING THIS WEB SITE YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS & CONDITIONS STATED BELOW. You should review these Terms of Use each time you access this Site as this Site and Terms and Use are subject to change without any prior notice.

GENERAL SITE USE: You are granted permission to access and use this Site and its content for the sole purpose of preparing, evaluating, and ordering products or services solely through Juke Box Print. No other download, retention, use, publication, or distribution of any portion of the Content is authorized or permitted. Obtaining products from Juke Box Print does not entitle you to use any portion of Content apart from the finished Products as they are supplied by Juke Box Print.

You are solely responsible for your use of content in combination with any other images, graphics, text or other materials you incorporate into your Products. You agree that you will not include any text, image, design, trademark, service mark, or any copyrighted work of any third party in your Products unless you have obtained the appropriate authorizations from the owners. You warrant that your products do not infringe upon any rights of any third party, including copyright, trademark, right of publicity or privacy, and will not libel or defame any third party, and that you have all required rights or permissions necessary to incorporate third party material into your Products. By placing an order on this Site, you warrant that you have all necessary permission, right and authority to place the order and you authorize Juke Box Print to produce those products on your behalf.

PAYMENT: Juke Box Print requires a full payment to process any orders. Order will not start until payment is made with a valid credit card number, valid cheque, or cash fund. If needed, a customer copy of the invoice will be sent. Juke Box Print will not be liable for any delay in completing orders due to payment hold up.

PRICING: All prices are in Canadian funds, unless otherwise noted, and are subject to change. Applicable taxes and shipping and handling charges will be added to each invoice.

INDEMINITY: You agree that you shall indemnify and defend Juke Box Print and all parties from whom Juke Box Print has licensed portions of Content, and their directors, officers, and employees, against all claims, liability, damages, costs and expenses.

By submitting a document to Juke Box Print. "I agree to the following terms" I have verified that spelling and content are correct. I am satisfied with the document layout. I understand that my document will print EXACTLY as it appears here, that I cannot make any changes once my order is placed and that I assume all responsibility for typographical errors.

CUSTOMER CONTENT: You understand that all information, data, text, photographs, graphics, messages or other materials are the sole responsibility of the person from which such content originated. This means that you, and not Juke Box Print, are entirely responsible for all Content that you use. Recognizing the global nature of the Internet, you agree to comply with all local rules regarding online conduct and acceptable Content.

SUBMITTED ARTWORK OR GRAPHICS: Juke Box Print is not responsible for any color shift that occurs in conversions from RGB to CMYK or PMS Pantone colors to CMYK color modes. All artwork, designs and images must be provided in minimum of 300 DPI. Juke Box Print is not responsible for images printed as fuzzy, distorted or pixilated due to customer provided artwork. Juke Box Print is not responsible for any color shift in converted photographs (RGB images) with black, near black, or gray tones. Proofs do not guarantee colours shown.

CUSTOMER SENT FILES: Juke Box Print will not process any files without bleed or crop marks when require. Customer files which lack bleed or crop marks will be added by Juke Box Print at an additional minimum fee of $45. All files require a safe margin of ¼”, JUKE BOX PRINT is not responsible for problems on printed product with insufficient safe margin.

TEMPLATES/ONLINE TEMPLATES: Juke Box Print will not be responsible for use of outdated templates. Make sure you have downloaded the latest version of our templates from our website. The free Templates are designed specifically for Juke Box Print and are not for use with other vendors. Juke Box Print does not offer assistance of any kind with regards to our free templates. Should the free templates require modification, customers, NOT JUKE BOX PRINT, are to contact a professional designer. Please visit our designer section on our website for a complete range of designer listings. Juke Box Print is NOT affiliated with the designers in any way. As a result, we are not responsible for any design flaws given to us by your designer.

COLOR PROOFING & MATCHING: Juke Box Print is not liable for color matching or ink density on screen proofs approved by the customers. Screen proofs will predict design layout, text accuracy, image proportion and placement, but not color or density. Electronic proofs do not show transparency and over print issues neither do they show color change from RGB to CMYK. All cards are placed on our printing press with other jobs or "gang printed." Juke Box Print accepts no responsibility whatsoever for color variations between submitted images and the actual artwork or product they represent. We do not print pantones or specialty inks. Juke Box Print only uses CMYK to process print jobs. Juke Box Print is in no way responsible for colour errors as Juke Box Print DOES NOT GUARANTEE consistent print colours. Application of coatings may affect or change the appearance of the printed colors. Juke Box Print is not liable for the final color appearance of printed products.

ORDER SHIPPING AND DELIVERY: Juke Box Print will always act to make sure that any production difficulties do not delay delivery schedules. In no case shall Juke Box Print be liable for any consequential or damages resulting from any delay in shipment or delivery. Juke Box Print customers agree not to hold Juke Box Print liable for delays in shipments caused by weather conditions, shipping company delays, international customs issues or any other circumstances beyond Juke Box Prints direct control. Juke Box Print shipment and delivery dates are calculated based upon estimates provided by our logistics partners. Juke Box Print will always act to make sure that delivery schedules are met. However, unexpected equipment failure, malfunction and or technical problems may delay the printing process. In case of delay caused by technical difficulty, rush fees will be refunded or waived where applicable. However, technical difficulty will not be the grounds for order cancellation. Juke Box Print can only use its own shipping account and will not use customer provided account numbers for any couriers.

CUSTOMER SUPPLIED INCORRECT ADDRESS: When a package is not delivered due to an error made by the customer in submitting the proper shipping address, Juke Box Print will reship the package with the correct address and charge an additional shipping fee.

TIME MEASURES: Juke Box Print runs all print jobs on a weekly basis, Tuesday to Tuesday and Friday to Friday. Orders need to be submitted and approved before 3 pm on the above days. Should customers have time sensitive orders, such as product use in a trade show or other important event, Juke Box Print needs to be contacted immediately. Juke Box Print DOES NOT guarantee on time production. The customer should request Rush fees as it guarantees on time completion of orders at an additional cost. ORDER APPROVAL: Please review your order prior to submitting. Juke Box Print will not accept changes to orders that have been placed. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Customers are fully responsible for final proof and layout approval prior to the printing process. Should the customer accidentally upload an incorrect file, there will be a $25 re submitting fee. However, Juke Box Print cannot guarantee your original submission has not already been processed. Please check your customer profile for the status of your order. If printing has already begun, re-submissions will be rejected by Juke Box Print. Should customers insist on the commencement of order without prior customer approval of proofs, customers will do so AT THEIR OWN RISK. Juke Box Print WILL NOT re-print any order if flaws are to be found AFTER initial production. Juke Box Print is NOT LIABLE for errors in a final product caused by any of the following reasons: Misspelling, Graphics, Bleeds, Grammar, Damage Fonts, Punctuation, Wrong cuts, incorrect or Missing Folds, Die Lines, Crop Marks, Transparency, Overprint, Incorrect Colours, Finished Product Size, Insufficient Safe Margin. Juke Box Print also DOES NOT GUARANTEE the exact quantities of any order. However, quantity deviation is guaranteed to not exceed 4%. Juke Box Print does not guarantee identical results with regards to re orders of the same order. Re orders may result in changes in colour, size, etc

ORDER CANCELLATION: Orders may not be cancelled or refunded once they have gone into production or any process thereafter. Absolutely no refunds will be issued once an order has been Plated or any process there after. Juke Box Print is not responsible for any duplicated orders that are placed on our web site due to the customer mistake.

PRICING/PROMOTIONS: General pricing and promotions are in effect ONLY for the specified region(s). Under no circumstances can customers request alternate pricing options other than those available in respective customer region(s). Customers may be required to provide proof (either shipping address postal code or promotional code) indicating their region origination (background checks will be implemented). (Ex. City A residents are entitled only to City A pricing options and promotions, Non City A residents are subjected to their own regional options and promotions.) NOTE: Juke Box Print does not require ordered items to be shipped to the specific region in order for customers to receive the region’s promotional offer(s). If sufficient information is provided Juke Box Print may ship to a different regional address.

Juke Box Print may change pricing options as well as void any promotional offer(s) at any time without prior notice.

TRANSFER OF TITLE: The customer agrees that the shipping terms for all printed Products of Juke Box Print are FOB shipping point and ownership transfers to the customer upon shipment. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon the delivery to Juke Box Prints’ carrier.

ONLINE SECURITY/PRIVACY POLICY: Juke Box Print recognizes the importance of maintaining your privacy. We value your privacy and appreciate your trust in us. We use secure servers, as Juke Box Print strives for secure transfer of personal information. Personal information, such as your phone number, email address, name, and credit card number, will not be discussed by Juke Box Print and its employees. This Privacy Policy applies to current and former visitors to our website and to our online customers. By visiting and/or using our website at www.JukeBoxPrint.com, you agree to the following Privacy Policy. This Privacy Policy does not apply to information about you collected by our affiliates or third party websites that may post links or advertisements on or otherwise be accessible from the Website.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: IN NO EVENT SHALL JUKE BOX PRINT OR ITS LICENSORS, SUPPLIERS, OR VENDORS, THEIR OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, OR FOR ANY DAMAGES WHATSOEVER RESULTING FROM LOSS OF USE, DATA, OR PROFITS, WHETHER OR NOT JUKE BOX PRINT HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF DAMAGE, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE USE OR PERFORMANCE OF THE SITE OR OF FAILURE TO PROVIDE PRODUCTS OR SERVICES THAT YOU ORDER FROM JUKE BOX PRINT OR ITS AFFILIATES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES ARISING FROM MISTAKE, OMISSION, VIRUS, DELAY, OR INTERRUPTION OF SERVICE.
