Make your next printed promotion stand out with the elegant blind embossing. Blind embossing is raised logos or characters on paper without ink. In this process, two metal dies are used; one with raised logo or characters and another with matching but recessed logo or characters. The final effect is a rich elegant looking piece.

Currently we are only offering blind embossing on our Super Gloss business cards, and soon will be offering this to letterheads and postcards.

Blind Embossing Specifications:

Your business card must be vector based (EPS format)
The maximum embossed area is 1.5 x 1.75
You must have your embossed artwork on a seperate layer
Your blind embossed artwork must be coloured in 100% Magenta
For best results make your fonts / artwork thick as possible

Can I substitue the stock with the Super Gloss coating?

This promotion is for our Super Gloss coating only. If you need to subsitute the stock to our Silk AQ the cost is an extra $99.

How thick is the stock?

The Super Gloss stock is a thick 14pt cardstock with Super Gloss coating applied single or double sided.

What format do I need to send my file in?

Please note it it manditory to send your file as a vector EPS file. Additionally the image you want imbossed must be on an additional layer marked "Embossed Layer"

Do we own the master die once the job is completed?

Yes, you keep the die as this is included in the orginal price

Can we have rounded corners added?

Yes, the extra cost for rounded corners is an additional $99
